Services & Pricing
NRCS has varying prices for different, products, and business units. Currently their fee for submission is R2147.83, but may vary per department. The first step is registration of your company, and identification of the relevant NRCS business department.
Register With NRCS
Let's get you started and on to the NRCS system. This process gets you to the point where you are afforded a login as an entity on their website.
By using your login, you keep the control of your portal.
LoA Application
The LoA process can take up to 4 months for approval, although on occasion I have seen approval within a month.
My fee: R2000 for a standard LoA application (If test reports are already available, and complete), and R550/hr thereafter if documents are not available and or for arranging / helping arrange reports and or other back-office needs for the process to get to 'submitted' status.
LoA Renewal
Periodically the LoA needs to be renewed. Generally the lifespan of an LoA is three years. This process is not quite as onerous as a new LoA application, where certain data remains on the system.
